Content SEO Tools
Judge whether your content is deep, original, current and trustworthy.
14 tools · Real Data
Content SEO asks a different question from technical or on-page work: once a page can be crawled and its tags are in place, is the writing itself worth ranking? Search engines and AI answer engines look for pages that cover a topic in depth, show who wrote them and why that person is credible, stay current, and add something that is not already published elsewhere — including elsewhere on your own site.
The tools in this hub look at the substance of a page rather than its markup. Grade experience, expertise, authority and trust signals, audit an author bio, test whether a page reads as thin, and spot outdated dates. Map which entities and related concepts a page covers, find unanswered questions, score individual passages, and compare URLs or texts to catch overlap and duplication. Most accept a live URL; several also take pasted text, so you can check a draft before it goes live.
A practical order: start with the Thin Content and Cannibalization checkers to find pages that need merging or expanding, then use Semantic Coverage, Entity Coverage and the FAQ Gap Finder to decide what to add. Finish with the E-E-A-T Analyzer and Author Page Audit, because depth helps most when readers can see who stands behind it. The scores are SeoMods criteria to guide your edits, not a measure of how Google ranks a page.

Frequently asked questions
What is content SEO?
Content SEO is the work of making the text on a page useful, complete and trustworthy for a specific search topic. It covers depth and topical coverage, originality, freshness, clear authorship and avoiding several pages that target the same query. It sits alongside technical SEO, which makes pages crawlable, and on-page SEO, which handles tags and structure.
How do I check if a page has thin content?
Enter the URL into the Thin Content Checker. It looks at the real word count, how much of the HTML is visible text, vocabulary variety, headings, media and internal links, then gives a thin, borderline or substantial verdict with suggested fixes. A short page is not automatically a problem if it fully answers its query.
What is keyword cannibalization and how do I find it?
Cannibalization happens when two or more of your own pages target the same query, so they compete instead of reinforcing each other. Paste up to ten of your URLs into the Cannibalization Checker; it compares titles, H1s and topic terms pair by pair and highlights the pairs that overlap most, so you can merge, differentiate or set a canonical.
Can these tools tell me my E-E-A-T score in Google?
No. Google does not publish an E-E-A-T score, and no outside tool can read one. The E-E-A-T Analyzer and Author Page Audit check visible signals that commonly support trust — named authors, credentials, Person schema, citations, contact pages, dates — and score them against SeoMods criteria. Treat the result as an editing checklist, not a ranking prediction.
